Volunteers

Mary Bykowski is the contact person for the volunteers. She can be reached at bykegtown@sbcglobal.net. We are asking that each team provide four hours of volunteer time. Some schools take on whole projects and divide those projects amongst their teams. For example Glen Park does the fund raising. Brookfield does the concessions. Parklawn the information tables. Jobs that are need to be filled are either on the tournament day or the day before. We need site setup and signage the night before, score runners the day of, food handlers for the appraiser's food, photographers, award ceremony, clean up of homerooms.
